Rainbow Bridge
Our rescue mission at God’s Little People Cat Rescue over the last ten years has been full of wonderful rescue stories, but the fact is that for every cat we’re able to save, we also lose one.
We’ve had to leave out the most hard to watch cases and leave you here with a beautiful varied bouquet of the many wonderful souls we have met. For some, our meetings were brief - but we gave all of them equal measures of love and care, and helped them cross to the rainbow bridge with a sense of dignity.
Something many of them were not afforded in their short lives. No matter how short or long their lives were, we made each one of them feel and know that their life mattered very much to us and that they were special.
Our sanctuary garden is a resting place for a large number of these special souls and we know that the light that emanates throughout our garden is the light from the many little souls that touched our lives. They truly are a part of the special atmosphere we’re so proud of at our sanctuary.
We are especially grateful to the many sponsors that helped support many of them along the way. It mattered very much to us that someone else found them special and it’s been heartwarming and a pure joy that we could tell the cats about their special sponsor somewhere in this world caring for them too!
